Pathways for Suicide Prevention

Pathways for Suicide Prevention (PSP) addresses gaps in service for adults who have attempted suicide or have been experiencing a suicidal crisis by strengthening care transitions and enhancing treatment processes using evidence-based practices. Services are immediate and provide an interdisciplinary team and 24-hour support.

Hegira crisis services are primarily for adults over 18-years old facing a behavioral health crisis.

Mental Health Crisis Services

Pre-Admission Reviews

A service provided to contracted health plans and other payers to assess the level of care and facilitate referrals and placement. 

24-Hour Walk-In Assessment and Treatment

24/7 psychiatric and social services available for adults in need of an urgent assessment, treatment and/or community referral. 

Extended Observation

Assessment and treatment for adults who are likely to return home following brief intensive care.

Mobile Crisis Stabilization

In-community treatment following a crisis to stabilize and coordinate follow-up services.

Co-Responder Crisis Stabilization

In partnership with local police departments, coordinate assessment and follow-up care for persons whose services start with police contact.

Crisis Residential

The home-like setting for adults needing short-term, intensive, and 24-hour monitored care to prevent hospitalization or reduce hospital stay length.

First Responders Wellness Initiative

Provides training, assessment and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for First Responders in partnership with community police and fire departments
