Pathways for Suicide Prevention (PSP) addresses gaps in service for adults who have attempted suicide or have been experiencing a suicidal crisis by strengthening care transitions and enhancing treatment processes using evidence-based practices. Services are immediate and provide an interdisciplinary team and 24-hour support.
New Hope’s “Circle of Hope” programs provide compassionate support for grieving families. Recognizing that when someone we love dies; it affects our entire family. Unfortunately, grieving children are often “invisible mourners.” This happens because a parent must navigate their own grief journey in addition to helping their child through grief. Our programs provide a family-centered approach to grief support by investing in children, supporting parents, and strengthening the family.
