Pathways for Suicide Prevention (PSP) addresses gaps in service for adults who have attempted suicide or have been experiencing a suicidal crisis by strengthening care transitions and enhancing treatment processes using evidence-based practices. Services are immediate and provide an interdisciplinary team and 24-hour support.

Infant Mental Health
Infant Mental Health (IMH) services help families of children ages 0-3 who experience special challenges related to the child. IMH provides home-based parent/infant support and intervention services to families where the parent(s) condition, life circumstances or characteristics of the infant threaten parent/infant attachment and the consequent social, emotional, behavioral and cognitive development of the child. IMH is an evidence-based model of care that has been shown to reduce the incidence and prevalence of abuse, neglect, developmental delay and behavior disorder.
